Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All boutique and everyday collection orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days

For one-of-a-kind or custom items, your delivery date will be outlined in your invoice with adjustments communicated through email.

 

Shipment times will vary if your order is placed on weekends or holidays. We will communicate via the email you submitted on your order if there are any delays due to the high volume of orders or other potential delays.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

*Shipping Rates are calculated based on your zip code and USPS rates and will be calculated at checkout. 

 

For orders over $50 enjoy free shipping within the continental US. 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Let your customers know when they’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customize the following: Me By Lee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Me By Lee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a store credit, if your item has been returned within 7 business days of purchase- less shipping fees, and or damages (If clothing is stained, damaged, ripped, dirty, we will determine the value of the store credit.)

Reason for the exchange. 

 

We will review your request within 3 business days and send you the appropriate shipping label. Once we have received and inspected the garment, we will submit your code for your store credit via email. 

 

After 7 days of purchase, no store credits will be given.

 

All sales are final for swimwear, clearance, custom, and bespoke items.
